Cancellation Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy We make sure to make our product rosters as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the guests can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we take over multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. 

 

 But in case you're unsatisfied with the order item( s), we'd be happy to help you with size- related exchanges. Unfortunately, we don't accept order returns at the moment. 

 

 Exchange eligibility We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item( s) requested for exchange should be unused, ignoble, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and markers. 

 

 Exchange terms and criteria Please note the following points while requesting an exchange for your order. 

 

 Once delivered, our bags, home scenery and jewellery particulars are non-exchangeable unless in rare cases the item is imperfect. 

 

 We give detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. Still, due to differences in every contrivance’s display settings, colours,etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Thus, we won't be suitable to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality,etc. 

 

 Jaipuripehnava shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our sanctioned website,www.Jaipuripehnava.in 

 

 presently, we don't offer exchanges for orders from outside India. 

 

 EXCHANGE PROCESS 

 still, when's the step- by- step exchange process we take over to insure hassle-free support, If your exchange request meets the below- mentioned terms and criteria. 

 

 You can raise the exchange query with us via correspondence at call within 24- 48 hours of order delivery. You can also raise the query directly on the website, then https//www.Jaipuripehnava.in/pages/ contact 

 

 A sum of 300 rs( per product) will be charged to reuse your exchange request, once it's done you're requested to partake the screenshot of the payment in the same correspondence with us. 

 

 In case, you wish to shoot the exchange product directly to us, our platoon shall partake the shipping address with you. After dispatching the item( s), we request you to partake the AWB number along with the courier company name and cover. Please insure that you dispatch the particulars for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because Jaipuripehnava shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or particulars during conveyance for the particulars directly packed by the client.) 

 

 After the payment has been done, our client support platoon shall initiate the rear volley via trusted courier services. 

 

 Once the product is entered in our storehouse, it goes under the quality examination department and once it's approved, we dispatch the requested( new) size to you within 7- 10 working days. 

 

 Exchanges for size will only be done formerly per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order won't be entertained. 

 

 There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our force. For similar cases, our client support platoon informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item( s) quantum. 

 

 Validity of Credit testimonial issued for exchange will be valid for 90 days. 

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY 

 Terms of order cancellation by client 

 

 We offer you the ease of cancellation of your reimbursed and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. In the case of repaid orders, we can offer you a refund for the same quantum or a credit note of the same quantum. 

 

 We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain client orders due to colourful reasons that may include reasons similar as attainability of fabrics raw accoutrements , wrong product table or pricing on the website, and suggestion by our analytics platoon for payment- related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. In the case where repaid orders are cancelled by Jaipuripehnava, we shall reimburse the complete quantum of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the client about the same via correspondence on their registered dispatch ID. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and list. 

 

 Credit note Validity of Credit testimonial issued for order cancellation will be valid for 90 days. 

 

 Any cancellations after placing repaid orders will be charged for 2- 3( as payment gateway charges) 

 

 REFUND POLICY 

Jaipuripehnava doesn't give any returns or refunds on products formerly vended and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for bought particulars. You may relate to the same under ‘ Exchange & Cancelation Policy ’ on our website. 

 In case of a refund for an imperfect/ damaged product gateway charges of 3 and 2 will be subtracted for Repaid and COD orders independently.
